Fee Management Contracts

The ClankerFeeLocker and IClankerLpLocker contracts are used to manage the fees generated from the tokens. The IClankerLpLocker is on its second implementation, ClankerLpLockerFeeConversion, which is used to manage the LP fees for a token's deployment liquidity.
